앱에서 요청하기
담벼락 → 마이페이지 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴에서 진행하세요. 남긴 낙서를 ‘모두 지우기’ 또는 ‘익명으로 남기기’ 중 선택하고 탈퇴를 확인합니다. 모두 지우기를 고르면 낙서가 일주일에 걸쳐 지워집니다.

제목에 ‘담벼락 계정 삭제’, 본문에 가입 이메일과 로그인 방법(Google·Apple·카카오·네이버), 낙서도 삭제할지 여부를 적어 주세요. Apple 이메일 가리기를 사용했다면 앱에 표시된 전달 이메일 주소를 알려 주세요. 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요.
계정 소유자 확인 후 처리합니다. 요청은 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 계정을 유지하면서 낙서 등 일부 데이터만 삭제하고 싶다면 같은 이메일로 삭제할 대상을 알려 주세요.
삭제되거나 보관되는 정보
탈퇴 시 이메일, 프로필, 저장한 서명, 로그인 세션, 소셜 계정 연결, 약관 동의와 개인위치정보를 삭제합니다. ‘익명으로 남기기’를 선택한 낙서는 작성자와의 연결을 끊고 공개된 장소에 남습니다. 탈퇴 뒤에는 작성자를 확인할 수 없어 해당 낙서를 본인 요청으로 삭제할 수 없습니다.
- 접속 기록: 3개월
- 검수 기록: 1년. 탈퇴 시 작성자와 작성 위치는 바로 제거
- 신고·이의제기 처리 기록: 처리 완료 후 1년
- 재가입 제한용 비가역 이메일·소셜 계정 식별 값: 탈퇴 후 30일. 이용 제한 중에는 제한 종료까지, 영구 제한이면 계속 보관
- 앱 인증 기록: 1년
- 백업: 삭제한 정보가 최대 30일 남을 수 있음

Delete your Dambyeorak account or data
In the app
Open My Page → Account → Delete account. Choose whether to erase your notes or leave them anonymously, then confirm. Notes selected for erasure fade away over one week.
Without the app
Email c31sky@daldagury.com with the subject “Dambyeorak account deletion”. Include your account email, sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Kakao or Naver), and whether to delete your notes too. For Apple Hide My Email, include the relay address shown in the app. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
We verify account ownership, process the request within 10 days and inform you of the result. To keep your account and request deletion of specific data, use the same email and describe what you want deleted.
Deletion and retention
Account email, profile, saved signatures, sessions, social identity links, consent records and personal location records are removed upon withdrawal. Notes you choose to leave anonymously remain public without an author link; after withdrawal we cannot identify you as their author to process a later author-based deletion request.
- Access logs: 3 months.
- Moderation records: 1 year; author and submitted location are removed upon withdrawal.
- Reports and appeals: 1 year after resolution.
- Irreversible email and social account identifier values for preventing abusive re-registration: 30 days, until an active restriction ends, or indefinitely for a permanent restriction.
- App attestation records: 1 year.
- Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 days.
